Terms of Use

Applications published by Nuvqetra LLC · last updated August 19, 2026

These Terms of Use («Terms») govern your use of the software applications published by Nuvqetra LLC («Nuvqetra», «we», «us»), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, including the Dots application (the «App»). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices that you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which apply in addition to these Terms.

2. What you may not do

3. Your content

Anything you create in the App — tasks, notes, photographs and other material — belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it. Where a feature lets you share something with other people, you are responsible for what you choose to share, and you confirm that you have the right to share it.

4. Accounts

The App can be used without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping access to it secure and for the activity that takes place under it. We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these Terms.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Some features are paid. Purchases and subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store, under Apple’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

6. Availability and changes

We develop the App continuously, and features may be added, changed or withdrawn. We do not promise that the App will be available without interruption or free of errors. Features that depend on a network connection or on third-party services may be unavailable at times.

7. Health and wellbeing

The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Any information it shows about your activity, habits or health data is for your own information only, and must not be relied upon in place of professional advice.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided «as is» and «as available», without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Nuvqetra LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may end this licence if you materially breach these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with the date it took effect. Continuing to use the App after a change means that you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
